I have IPO 403 with 1 16 digital module and 16 analog module. i recently purchased another 16 digital module to add to it. I am based in Ghana

Did you get a 400 16 port digital module or a 500 16 port digital module?

Ghana is not a supported country for the IPOffice.
It does not have any settings so it gives this message because of this.
You could try to set it on South Africa.
What kind of trunks do you have?

Hello,I got a 400 16 Digital Module. I also have a ISDN (E1) and 16 analog trunk module. Thank you for the support. How do i set the locale to south Africa.

It must be set to a valid locale, there is now way for it not to be
