Anyone know of a supplier for suitable hardrives for the MXe and Mxe II in the UK please.

The MXe (Gen1 and 2) can use any PATA 3.5 inch drive - Hitachi Deskstar 80GB for instance - BA32721 is the P/N.

The MXe-III can use any 2.5 inch SATA drive above 80GB. or SATA SSD drive over 32GB.

Seagate Momentus 5400 160GBST9160314AS for instance on the Hard Drive. I had to replace one once with a WD Black 250GB without issue - that one s still running about 4 years later.

I've seen several brand SSD coming from Mitel.

If it's an ide drive which I believe it to be, I get them from ebay. Just avoid Western Digital since they won't align and plug in properly. I start low and go higher in my search
