Hardrive 'Used Space' differs

Hi
I have been recently getting a message saying my hardrive is nearly full. Ive deleted certain files (mainly video), but when i right - click the drive in 'my computer', it still says its nearly full (Used 107/111gb) .However, in Windows Explorer I selected all of the folders on the drive and they came to 62gb.

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
