Hello,

Hopes anybody can help me!!

I did a restore from the configuration from backup and after that I restored the greetings. Everthing is looking good, but now we have the problem that i recieve an alarmtype 10 that the harddisk is full. I run a report from the harddisk usage and the result is that the harddisk is 38% used. The problem : Message from callers are not put in the mailbox but lost!! Message waiting is turned on on the extension. This problem occurs voluntary for all mailboxes.

Who can help me???

Hi Kings1

With VMX-100 and Octel 200/300 it is necessary to make a RESTA (at the @-prompt)after restoring the system.
Even more important it is to restart the system af a software upgrade, i.e. from ver. 6.1.3 or 6.2.5 to 7.1.4.
But here the DOS-programme "vmxcat" does the job.
I normally check also the quality of the voice mail systems harddisk by entering "DEX 1" at the @-prompt.
If no events are reported, also check the "L H" at the @-prompt.
Hope this also can help other users!

Best regards from the Doktor!
