Hai ,
I have read in a article that the hardisk can be operating in one of two modes ( CHS, LBA )

CHS - Cylynder Head Sector Addressing
But I dont know even basics about LBA? What is LBA?

Please explain about LBA.. or else point some links...

Logical Block Addressing. Without it, your hard drives would be severly restricted in size.
