harddisk missing in external array?

Hi

We have strange problem...We had created a LUN using 4 disks(raid 1) and Now it is showing only 3 disk in that LUN. one disk is missing , it is not there even in unassigned list also...
we are using NCR s26 machine with Win NT....

one more problem is it is reporting wrong drive replaced error message....How to correct this problem since we don't know which disk has replaced in this slot...?

But Windows Explorer showing properly the disks and it sizes.
