Hard Return in Excel formula 1

I hope there will be someone out there to help me!
I'm trying to use a concatenate function to populate a cell, but I need to have a hard return (ALT + ENTER) in between the data (don't ask why, it's one that someone else has built in their infinite wisdom)
I can't seem to get it to go in, any ideas?!

like this:

=A1&CHAR(10)&B1&CHAR(10)&C1

and format the cell with Alignment wrapped.
