HI folks:

I am using a Server with Windows 2000 sp4 with DB2 7.2

Yesterday i made a backup of our demo database (B2B)

But the job "hangs forever" in the Journal, in Running Jobs.
It does nothing and keeps bugging us, because users cannot use the demo application thats using this demo db.

But today i made some backups (offline and online) with success. Yesterday something went wrong and that backup job keeps hanging around !!

did the following:

- In the control Center, stopped and started the Instance .. no luck
-In the Control Center, disconnected the demo db ..
no luck
- dbstop and dbstart .. no luck
- terminate ... no luck
- even restarted the server (do not like that but ok ) .. no luck
- stop force application ... no luck

Is there any db dbackup database ... abort ?? or dbkill

I know the job id (in Journal) but how can i "kill" it ??

Please help

Thanks
