Hi, have a problem inside a network micrososoft-based.
Here we have microsoft windows xp clients and windows 2003 servers.
Before we tried to use any kind of antiviruses but unsuccessfully.
Here are the following malware synthomps:
1-sometimes something lock any printer installed on the server , it lock randomly one printer at a time and when the printer is locked you cannot print and the queue remain paused until it restart (it could take seconds, minutes or days!!!!!), i installed another server and it run without problems for two week until the malware attacked it, any help is very appreciate ( i tried to reboot, change ip , change ports , change antivirus).
2-sometimes pc's reboot veri quickly and sometimes appear a messagebox "intrusion alarm s4" , sometimes the message do not appear.
3-if you try to copy files from the network to the computers the computers reboot or the local area network stop to run.
Help!!!!
Rino

you should run this tool below on the computer suspected of being invaded by spyware/viruses, if your network is infected you'll need to unplug the infected machines from the others and all machines would need to be checked for potential infections, however we should deal first with whatever machine you think maybe the culprit!

you should also obtain permission from your manager/boss to make sure you have permission to carry out clenaing tasks as your company may lose data during any clenaing processes, you should therefore make sure all important files are backed up and stored safely!

Download hijack this from the link below. Please do this. Click here:

to download HijackThis. Click scan and save a logfile, then post it here so
we can take a look at it for you. Don't click fix on anything in hijack this
as most of the files are legitimate.
