Hard Drive ? 1

If I buy the Intel D925XBC Socket 775 mATX MB w/Gigabit LAN & Hi-Def Snd can I use one of my old hard drives? Example Wesetern Digital 7200 RPM which is the cavalier enhanced IDE hard drive.
What I'm asking is do I need to buy a SATA Hard Drive or something to work with the motherboard above?
