Hard drive seen by bios, not by Win

Alright .... just slapped in a new slave drive and my bios sees it fine at startup, but it is not seen by Win2k. I must just be missing something little, but I have to be able to access it to format it.
 
Have you gone to your Administrative Tools under Control Panel to run Computer Management and then open Disk Management?
You should see the unpartitioned drive there.
