Hard drive monitor

I am looking for a software that monitors the Hard Drive activity, just like the Task Manager does when monitoring CPU, Memory and other goodies in real time. I want to specifically see what causes the hard drive to work at any given moment.

Sometimes the server's RAID1 is working like crazy, slowing the entire system down (Terminal Server), and though the CPU and Memory looks OK, the hard drive goes wild anyways. So again, is there any software I can use that can tell me what is going on with the hard drive?
