After I installed an antivirus software I get a strange attitude from the pc. When i turn it on it emmits a beep and can not detect the HD. I turn it off wait a few seconds and try again this time all is ok. I tried uninstalling the antivirus and things remain the same.
i check scan disk and it shows a message that boot sector has errors, I click "ok to fix them" but still get the same problem.
any ideas?

Might be a concidence and they may not be related.
Obtain HD diagnostics from the mfr. and run them.
Sounds like your hard drive is failing. Back up files just in case.
Check cabling and make sure it's okay (try another if you have 1 handy)
Make sure virus detection is turned off in the BIOS.
Depending on your OS, there are various schemes for repairing the boot sector.
Post back with more details.
