There is a (!) in my hard disk controller under device manager, under INTEL 82371AB/EB PCI BUS MASTER IDE CONTROLLER. In properties it reads " This device enabled becaus BOIs did not give an IRQ. You must enable in BIOs. Interupt request(code29)" I installed a maxtor ultra 100 card. When booting I get a message concerning emm386 too. Lost What next! Thanks

not sure this will be any help but with my addin controller i had to go into the BIOS and enable SCSI as a bootup device and were there any drivers to load for the card?
