I would like to put a shortcut to batch script onto the desktop so that with one click, the batch is run.

My source and destination directories and always the same and therefore I'd like to 'hard code' the source directory into the script rather than having to navigate to it each time I run the batch.

Does anyone have any ideas on this one... any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
