How do I code my report to print in landscape mode? My users open the db on various computers and the report, regrettably, defaults to portrait mode. Many of the users are confused and do not know to click File:pageSetup:paperSize:Landscape. I researched this question on this forum and found the multiple remedies of downloading a service pack. However, I am on a highly secured government LAN and unilaterally installing a service pack is not an option—BELIEVE ME!
As an insider I can tell you that there IS a reason we have not been attacked since 9-11. What we need more than anything is the support of the American people to continue our efforts.

Hi

I assume you are using Access2000, and are speaking of the bug whereby printer settings are 'forgotten'?

From memory the work around is to turn off name autocorrect OR install the service pack

If you are working in such an important and secure Gov environment shouldn't the software be service packed as a matter of course?

We didn't get Windows 2K until 2004. The data is current and the hardware is first class but the OS tends to lag way behind private industry for some unknown reason.

Ken,

Thanks for the link. I think it will solve my issue. And thank you very much for the comment. It's busy at work. I haven't had a day off in six weeks.
