HARBINGER STX FOR DOS, YES... DOS

I'm embarrassed to even ask this question,
but here goes....

I have STX for DOS running on a W95 machine and
it works great. I've tried moving the STX folder
and ADVANTIS folder over to another machine, and
it work great right up to the point when the
communication is over (successfully) and the
thing should be showing me what it received.
It dies right then. The same thing happens on
any OS... W95, W98, W2000.

Basically all the communications take place
but when it goes to convert the rec file into the
software program it fails.

What am I missing?

We're experiencing the exact same problem. What was the resolution to the problem?

(It looks like to me the directory needs to be reindexed for the document to be seen).
