Happy hour times don't work

Can anyone help out

I created all the menu levels and sub levels for all the items at the bar. Everything works.

But the problem is the times. Between 4-7 I programmed it to work everyday.

But it's working all the time 24/7 everyday now..

I just need it to work at 4-7pm everyday and that's it.
In system and periods it is configured correctly

I I clicked on serving period between 4 and 7
And the times just reverted not sure until 4 if it actually worked

Update.

It works everywhere except at the bar. The bar is the only POS that are not raining up full price right now until 4pm

When I Switch from happy hour a ttime period I made to ====== the prices Switch but the happy hour stays all day

I would think the bar is set to a different revenue cetre or its local settings prohibit the happy hour. Or the bar employees are not set for the happy hour
