hangs on boot at atisgkaf.sys

laptop dropped and when booting in safe mode hangs atatisgkaf.sys any clue as what this is and how to correct the issue would be greatly appreciated.

atisgkaf.SYS is the driver used for the ATI accelerated graphics port (RS200/RS200M). Check to see if the memory for an onboard video card is conflicting with physical memory. It's probably a video problem.
