This only seems to happen on some machines when we enable PXE boot. The machine im working with is a Dell Optiplex GX520 and uses a Broadcom Nic. When booting up all the machine does is show Dhcp ...... and thats all. Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a fix for it?

What version of ZEN are you running? The Dell GX520 is fairly new, and to get it to work with imaging you have to download a new linux kernel from Novell's Forge site. I haven't seen the problem you mention on that particular model, but when you do get past it, you're going to have problems with the imaging anyway until you do that update.
