Hi,
i developt a modem communication program. I am using Hayes commands for the connections. But when i connect another computer by using modem, i can't han up it. I know ATH command hang-up modem but i could'not do it.
Is there any Visual C++ command for hanging up modem. Or how can i do it.
thanks

Dear omeryesil,

Nope, you have the right idea. I sort of remember that if you've been sending data through the modem you send it a double plus command to put it back into command mode so that it will respond to the ATH. By double plus I mean:

++
then
ATH

Then also I seem to remember that some modems vary the Hayes commands slightly, like maybe it's ATH0 (0) is a Zero.

However it's been a looooong time since I've done this so I may be way off base here.

Hope this helps
-pete
