Hang up on Login

I am running Citrix what looks to be 1.3 that is what shows up in the about in the management consol. When users go to login they put in thier user name password. The Dark blue screen that appears while waiting for desktop appears. You see the start button task bar on bottom flah by really fast, and then the user hangs at the dark blue screen. They do not freez, but nothing happens. At the console manager it shows that all users have logged in but they are all hanging up. I have restarted the server, and there are no errors in the event log. I don't know much about Citrix, can you help.

What OS are you running?
Please validate your Citrix version by going into the add/remove programs applet and checking the version there.
