Hang Up keeps becoming UNCHECKED

I have the box unchecked in Outlook Express to NOT hang up the phone after sending and receiving. I can go back a couple of days later, and it's checked again. What keeps checking it? Is there a way to guarantee it remains unchecked? XP Home

Look at your dial up connection and see if it is set to hang-up. It could be over-riding the Outlook setting.
