hang on ctype.nls when clean install win2k adv server

Hi,
I was installing win2k adv server and it hang while copying ctype.nls file. I've waited for 1/2 an hr and its still copying the file. I'm able to successfully install win2k on that machine before.
Below is the info:
The hard drive was configured as a RAID 1.
The CD used for install is not spoilt as I've used another CD.
Any help will be appreciated.
