I have WINNT and Backup Exec 7.3. Whenever I try to restore a file, I am able to select a file to restore from the tape. Unfortunately, when I try to redirect the file somewhere, Backup Exec hangs on me and I have to use task manager to get out of the hang. Also, I must stop and restart the services before going into Backup Exec or it will tell me that 2 administrators are using Backup Exec, even though I know only one administrator is in. Any advice?
