Hi all,
I'm having a problem with my external serial (hardware based evidently) rockwell modem. On dialing into my ISP, about 8 seconds into the handshaking stage the screeching noises freeze and it just makes a very loud high pitched squeel until I cancel the dial up process. What makes this more interesting is that it USED to work fine (only around a week ago) and I havn't made any system changes in the mean time. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this problem, and if they could point me in the direction of a fix (ie. init strings etc)
