Handsfree/Ringing 1

I want to know if there is a way to get rid of the ringing on an incoming line when using the handsfree?

Not unless you use forward Busy.Try seting the ring volume lower then on the second call it will be softer.Also you could put a do not disturb button on and when they go H/F press the DND.Even during the call it could be press to stop the ringing.

thanks, but we have a small office and all incoming lines ring on all phones so CFB and DND won't work for our scenario.

If it's a small office and you can hear other phones ring, you could make the Lines APP but not ring on most phones.

DND should work the line will still flash on the phone it just will not ring.

I have never heard a phone ring while I am on the speakerphone, but I do get one short BUZZ.

hawks your a master... i have installing these phones for 5-6 years, first time i actually get to use it in my office.
