Greets all,
I've a customer that we've just upgraded from a Legend system. They are REALLY used to being able to answer an outside call, voice announce to call to another user, and have the call ring to that end user. I have no hair left at this point. I can set a phone for HFAnswer, call the station and it will answer after the first ring correctly, but I can't get it to HFAnswer if I'm transferring an inbound call. Any work arounds for this?
