HI All

Have a very weird issue, i believe it's network related however wanted to TT it to see if any of you have had this issue before so i can push the network team in the right direction.

I have attached a link to the display on the handsets i get when the issue occurs. Every couple of days all the handsets on site stop working for the users they are using 9608 that are connected through a VPLS to our data centre where the server edition is located.

When the handsets go down for the users i check SSA and monitor and all the handsets still show as up, but bizarrely show as 4624s as appose to 9608. All we have to do is reboot the handset and it comes back up correctly. If anyone has had any similar issues before please let me know so i can bang on the door of the network guys to get things going.

Any help is much appreciated.

Kind regards

100 percent was still up I have another 2 sites hanging off the same SE and their handsets were fine. Plus my monitoring would have gone into crazy spam everyone mode if the SE went down lol

I have seen this symptom when there's problems with the network (WAN)connection.
congestion, packet loss, latency, etc.

Adding on to this. Its just the handset displays that dont work. If they pick up the hand piece and dial a number the calls connect. If i click re register on ssa or monitor the handsets come back normal.
