Handset problem at one extension 1

I have a Partner ACS R7 system. One extension (x11) is giving me problems with using the handset. When I pick it up I don't hear a dial tone. Also, when a call comes in I can't use the handset to answer a call. I have to use the Speaker phone for everything at this extension. I switched phones with one that I know the handset is working and had the same problem. I have AutoAttendant turned on for day mode and this x is the Hunt Group.
 
The onhook button is staying down when you lift the handset. A common issue with the new style phones. Try a different phone to verify problem the replace bad phone.
 
I have tried two different phones at this extension with no luck. Thanks, 1043, for your post. I just hit a streak of bad luck. Both phones had problems with their handsets. I used a working phone from another extension and problem was solved. I used one of the bad phones at an extension that didn't need a handset anyways.
