I have a Partner ACS R7 system. One extension (x11) is giving me problems with using the handset. When I pick it up I don't hear a dial tone. Also, when a call comes in I can't use the handset to answer a call. I have to use the Speaker phone for everything at this extension. I switched phones with one that I know the handset is working and had the same problem. I have AutoAttendant turned on for day mode and this x is the Hunt Group.
