I have a user that just got a Plantronics CS540 w/APV-63 to connect to her 9640g phone (H323 mode). The headset is working fine - all features seem to be functioning as expected. However, she was charging it towards the end of the day and attempted to use the regular handset to answer a call, and while she could hear the caller, the caller could not hear her - no audio was being transmitted. We've made a few more test calls - same result.
IP Office version is 9.1.11. The 9640g firmware is 3.270B.
Any ideas?
