Hello,
Is there any way to stop a T 7406 from going to sleep after 15 seconds. Maybe setting it to never or after several minutes.I have a user card and it doesn't say if you can take that feature off the set.
Dmac,

Thanks Curlycord,
That really is not good news. But if Nortel made it that way and gave no open flexability to change it then there isn't a whole lot I can do.
Dmac,

They are saying that when some tells them that a call is on a certain line they can't tell what line the call is on. I told them that if they hit the first three buttons on the left they can pickup whatever line that they need. Button one is Line one,Button two is Line 2 and button 3 is Line 3. All three lines are programmed to Appear and ring. It is just stupid user error. They have been told to just push the button and they can pickup the call.
Thanks,
Dmac,

The phone should awaken when ringing and the line should flash and if not then this may be the problem that the phone is not awakening.....best to go see for yourself in that case and replace it if neccessary, or just press the hol key to awaken it.

Make sure the handset is labeled properly and they should be able to figure it out. Maybe they lost the label or the tech got lazy.
