The customer have Aura 8.1 and purchased his first and only DECT base station and a handset for it. We installed and configured the DECT base station step by step following the example described in the test lab.
We successfully completed the procedure for subscribing the handset to the base station and successfully tested the operation of the handset for outgoing and incoming calls, with the exception of transferring incoming calls to another numbers or merging calls into a conference, because after the call is received on the handset and after pressing the "More" button None of the options that allow you to perform the described actions appear on the screen.
At the same time, on a simultaneously connected endpoint with the same extension number as the DECT handset, it is possible to transfer incoming calls to another numbers or add them to a conference.
Please advise what additional settings need to be made on the base station and/or session manager server?
