Hands Free / Speaker Phone

How do i enable the Speaker phone on the Analog Phone type L500 CS1000M system.....i have few phones with hands free enaled but not able to finout the CLS . Here is the TNB below :

Handsfree on an analog phone is a hardware feature; in other words, the phone must be an analog speakerphone.

I think if you move the physical phone from a jack that works, to the one you printed above, the speakerphone will work.

That would be proof it is the phone and not the TN.
