Hands-Free Answerback!

Greetings All,


I have an SV8100 with 700 series telephones. One telephone's handsfree answerback feature stopped working. The telephone rang. I have used feature code 721 to return the telephone to handsfree answer, but the telephone in question still rings. What am I missing?

Try changing it via PCPro or WEBPro, MB 15-02-16

It is already set in 15-02-16.

Make sure the originating station is not dialing the extension + 1. That will toggle the call from voice to tone or tone to voice. Also check the DSS/BLF/one touch key. You can program it to have the additional 1. EX: 1021, toggles the call on the receiving end.
