How do different restaurant POS systems you know handle kitchen notification for changed orders? For example placing an order triggers the order details to be printed by the kitchen printer. But I am not aware of the accepted common practice when there is a change in the order items (like cancelling or adding items). Is the ticket reprinted with a disclaimer that the order has changed? Or is it just left to the communication between the waiter and the kitchen staff?
