Handling Multi-Location Operators 1

Dealing with CM 6 and multiple locations. Location 1 is site A, location 2 is site B. When a user at location 1 dials a ZERO, I need for them to route to an off-network 7-digit number, 555-0001. Same call from location 2 needs to route off-network to 555-0002. Can this be done with AAR digit conversion, and if so, how? Preferred would be to use a vector and "route-to" based on the location of the calling party's station. But I see now way to get the vector to look at the location to make the decision. Ideas?

Make 0 (zero) a single digit VDN. Point it to a vector with the route-to number that you want.

Thanks 4merAvaya, but that's what I'm doing right now. I can't figure out how to parse out the "LOCATION" for the caller so that it will ROUTE-TO the correct operator. Location 1 and Location 2 are in different areas of the state, and each has their own operator 7D DN. Users in location 1 need to go to operator 1, and users in location 2 need to go to operator 2. How do I trap the location for the caller in the vector?

If your PBX has Tenant Partioning enabled, you can use that. You define the Attendant Group on the form.
