handler cgi-wrapper not found error

My Logs are getting flooded with
"handler "cgi-wrapper" not found for: counter.cgi
[Mon Oct 15 16:52:18 2001] [warn] [client x.x.x.x]"

The CGI Scrips run just fine, no problem there but the error is repeated over and over ever time a cgi script is called.

Does anyone know a patch or fix for this?
