Handheld journal not reflecting check details

Guys,

We have an issue w/ handheld when used for post a transaction that the journal of this device no posting was recorded but on RMC/Netvupoint on total amount zero was reflected. The challenge right now is to find the check details on the journal. Whats seems to be the problem for this?
