Yes you can do both.
Use CRON to call forward for times
Use CRON or BERUM/BERUZ to close/open phone

i have a very important question , is it possible to remote call forward for a subscriber from external ?
i have a call forward i want to activate or deactivate from extern , is it possible ?
i really appreciate your help in this subject

You can do it with third party software with the help of CSTA ..
