Half Ring Syndrome

Hi,

It would appear that once in a while (maybe 1 out of 100 calls) we will get a 1/2 ring then a hangup on an incoming target line (from a Telco PRI). The person calls back and everything is OK the 2nd time.

Has anyone experienced this type of problem and if so, what did you find?

is there any other problem alarms on the PRI ...
is it happening to one person only or randomly ...

1 in 100 is too difficult to catch i guess

No alarms on the PRI or switches at all. It is happening on multiple DIDs. They are all coming in over the same PRI

I am getting this problem reported on V6.0 NA
