Half Ring Before AA Picks Up

Merlin Legend 7 w/ Merlin Messaging

Configured for all calls to go directly to AA without ringing. There is an errant short ring before AA retrieves the calls. Any ideas on how to remove it?

Set the phones for no ring or delayed ring. Generally I set them for delayed in-case the VMail fails calls can be received.

At the phone, SPKR, #00, press ANY line and dial *346, SPKR

From Centralized Telephone Programming, click on ANY line and dial *346
