Half picture size [image box] 1

I want to be able to half the size of a picture but not just going:
Image1.Width = Image1.Width / 2
Image1.Height = Image1.Height / 2
so that when I save the picture with:
SavePicture Image1.Picture, filename.Caption
the picture is saved at half size.

The BitBlt API would do the work for you and I know with a search of this site you would find a couple of threads on resizing a picture.
