Hello, I have the following problem.
I have to make a new report on daily, weekly and monthly bases. All of these, I have to maken it on Half Hour values. The problem is is that if there is nothing hapening, there will be no record of it on the report. But the report should be on a half hour bases, even if there is nothing to report. Is there a way to set it up in a formula?
What I have now is this:
HalfHourSort({Database field.Record}) and
HalfHour({Call Detail.Termination Time})
Can anybody help?
