Recently on an 8x24 I had to reprogram from scratch due to a power loss and an old memory card.
Other than the usual like remembering to set dialing to tone from the pulse default I thought all was fine.
Except there is one bug left on the CAP.
When anyone calls in it rings half a time on the main console before the automated voicemail picks up. Then once they have either hung up or typed in their desired extension (not sure which) it rings in like a regular call. After picking up the receiver it takes a few second but then you hear either a click like the caller has hung up, ringing like you are calling someone, or it the automated phone operator says, "If you would like to make a call please hang up and try again. . . . " Also in the mornings there are still a few message that are on the phone that have either of the three scenarios above recorded.
Line supervision? Not sure, anyone got any clues to what I'm overlooking? I know it's something basic which is why it's driving me nuts.
