HACMP upgrade

I've been tasked with upgrading one of our HACMP clusters to 5.5.

It's a 2 node cluster based on AIX 5.3 TL5 SP3, although I'm going to update that to TL8 SP3 this week. Current HACMP version is 5.3.

But I've been a bit stumped so far as to how this is done, because I can't find anywhere to download it!

So...

First, does anyone know where I can get it?

Second, does anyone know if you can go direct from 5.3 to 5.5 or should I go to 5.4 first?
