How to disabling the cluster wide password admin in hacmp 5.2 and hacmp 5.4?

cluster wide admin password! I'm not sure what do you mean by that but if you have any users on your cluster then changing the password can be done through C-SPOC

I think you should go to:

smitty cl_modpasswdutil

and select:
"Original AIX System Command
