HACMP concurrent mode with DB2 EEE

I,m not sure iss it a right place for me to post this question, but anyhow I need help on this. I have some concept on HACMP ( but not concurrent mode ), anyway according to out local IBM vendor, DB2 EEE support for HACMP concurrent mode but they are not recommanded, they only recommand customer to install HACMP concurrent mode with Oracle Parallel Server, and as usual, they gave us an unreachable concept and reason, I'm lost now, I really need help to explain this to my manager on the different of HACMP concurrent mode on DB2 EEE and HACMP concurrent mode on Oracle Parallel Server.

I'm new to database as well, but i really need help, please help.
