Hi,
I have a problem with a HACMP Cluster, version 4.4.1 on Aix 5.1.

In the Fallback case the file system /cad is busy and can't become unmounted.

When i import the VG, I have following entrys in /etc/filesystem
/cad/app
/cad

this is false.

It should be
/cad
/cad/app

I suspect that this is the cause.

How I can adapt the mount order, so that after the VG import
first the cad filesystem and after this /cad/app will be mountet ?

Adapt from /etc/filesystem take's nothing.

fuser -u /cad doesn't announce any processes.

sorry about my english

with kind regards

Fuser is worthless. Go to bull.de and download lsof. That'll show you what's really got your filesystems busy.

glj: yes, the reason why /cad can't be unmounted is because /cad/app is still mounted. You can change the order of the mount by carefully editing the /etc/filesystems file and moving the entire stanza for /cad to come before the stanza for /cad/app. Make sure all systems part of the HACMP setup have the mounting in that order as well.

You can put the file system in order via the change resource group window,
