Hi all,

I've been trying to track down a "authoritive" reference on the memory requirements for HACMP4.4
A colleague has heard that it requires 32mb of memory but he can supply no reference for that figure. I've searched some documention online but have found nothing so far.

Thanks in advance! :)

The three cluster processes on one of my machines seem to be taking up about 1748k. There may be some segment sharing there, I just looked at SIZE under "ps avx" and do not intend to imply that I endorse this in an official way. I believe the HA procs use very little resources normally but since our HA machines are all "large" we don't really know much about memory usage during a failover. Or I don't, anyway. =)

Ukyo,

Well there are no absolute defintions for this but in my experience it is less than 3 megs. in any situation. Perhaps you could quantify this with IBM if you have a service agreement.
